SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Free standard shipping on ALL orders placed at www.field-grade.com with a United States postal address for a limited time.
  • This offer DOES NOT apply  to orders shipping out side the United States.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Please be advised Field Grade is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages that are picked up by the courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) from our warehouse. Field Grade customer service will make every effort to assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
In the case an item becomes sold out before Field-Grade.com is updated to reflect zero inventory, a full refund will automatically be issued.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Field-Grade.com we will gladly accept a return within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or exchange as long as the goods are unworn, unwashed and in new condition. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return to Field Grade.
  • In the unlikely event the wrong goods were shipped or a defective item was provided, Field Grade will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement. If your item is sold out  you’ll have the option to choose a new item of equal value or receive a full refund.
  • Due to the personal nature of Clothing and Headwear, any returned goods that are not in unworn, unwashed and new condition will be discarded and no refund will be processed.
  • All returns can take up to three weeks from date of receipt at Field Grade for credit to be refunded.
  • Before any return can be shipped back and processed for a refund, a return authorization number must be provided to you by Field Grade.
  • Please contact support@field-grade.com and provide your full name, address, order number and reason for the return. We’ll reply to you ASAP.
